Industrial autoclaves are commonly used when manufacturing composite materials for motorsport, high-end automotive, marine and aviation projects due to their high-quality processing techniques. The high temperature and pressure reached in these specialist autoclaves ensure air infiltrations are completely eliminated leaving you with a robust and reliable product.
Our two Italmatic autoclaves have a diameter of 1.5m and a length of 4m, suitable for processing a multitude of high-end automotive and motorsport carbon composite parts.
We also have two Roache mini autoclaves with a diameter of 0.8m and a length of 1m. Ideal for small parts, R&D projects and specialist cures, with a working pressure of up to 10 Bar and temperature of 250 degree's celcius.
