The composite industry can be very demanding with constant developments in production techniques. Our clients are always trying to push the boundaries of innovation – requiring lighter, more powerful components for their vehicles.
To keep up with the evolving market we must ensure our engineers and technicians are fully trained and continue to improve their skills while working with CP Composites. We have an in-house composite apprenticeship training model to help encourage aspiring students to start a career in this exciting industry.
Alongside the training of new members of the team, we provide a comprehensive training program for all employees to coincide with the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health (COSHH) and Manual Handling regulations. We pride ourselves on our health and safety record and are dedicated to ensuring our staff are confident in safety procedures.
At CP Composites, we also provide a cross-over training programme, giving staff the opportunity to work in various parts of the business. We see this as an essential part of a new trainee’s experience as not only does this add to their current array of skills but it also gives them an insight into the consequences and knock-on effect of their actions. This enables them to become an all-round, experienced composite technician. Our cross-over training also benefits our clients by ensuring continued production even when key personnel are away so we can deliver products on time, every time.
